Our Stokkies comes from grass-fed Aberdeen Angus beef cattle - we only use premium Silverside. Our butchers hand cut the meat, it's then spiced with our secret family recipe. Its then finely cut into thin sticks covered in coriander for a mouth watering experience and slow dried for four days to produce, tender delicious Stokkies biltong.

Ingredients: Not less than 220% Beef, Dried Coriander, Salt, Sugar, Sodium Bicarbonate, Preservative E223, Spices, Spice Extract packed in a Protective Atmosphere
