Biltong Pate

A recipe for a biltong paté

50g butter
200g brown button mushrooms, sliced
½ an onion, chopped
250g whipping cream
250g creamy cottage cheese
100g powered biltong

1. Heat the butter on medium heat and fry the mushrooms and onion until brown. Remove from heat and cooldown.
2. Place the cream into a food prcoessor and process until just stiff.
3. Add the cottage cheese, biltong and mushroom mixture and process together.
4. Keep in the fridge.
